My warehouse is located in 7 Summerland Terrace, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada (I do not have a storefront so as to cut down on costs and bring the best prices to my customers).
I do not accept local pickup at this time.
We sure do! We are located in Canada and ship worldwide.
All in stock orders take 1-2 business days to process. Custom orders may vary. Scroll down to "When will I get my pre ordered product?" for information on pre-ordered products.
All packages are shipped using UPS or Canada Post, which operate on a Monday to Friday (business day) schedule, Canada Post will pass off any non Canadian deliveries to your local postal service.
Prices for shipping vary based on where you live, for the exact amount go to your cart > Estimate Shipping and fill out the required fields for a estimate based of what you have in your cart.
Orders over $100 from the United States and Canada receive FREE shipping.
All shipments are made in plain unmarked envelopes or boxes and any import/tariff forms are filled with generic descriptions such as Art, Toy, or Ointment. The sender name is under my own personal name not the shop so you have no worries there!
I try my best to make sure that your business with me stays between you and me!
Geek Green Packaging refers to the use of a minimalistic approach to packaging items to minimize our impact on the planet. Products marked with this will be shipped without any decorative, disproportionate product boxes/excess plastic, just what packaging is necessary to ensure your product gets to you safe and sound.
Due to the intimate nature of most of the products, everything is final sale.

My rope is 3 strand twisted rope, rated at 319 lb average tensile strength, and made from 100% cotton from by a trusted supplier from Canada. It is . I take the raw rope and then sterilize and wash it, and dye it using high quality fiber reactive dyes that I mix myself and that are meant for clothing. As a finish touch I condition each length with Jojoba oil.
All products I use are meant to minimize any possible allergic reactions.
When you preorder you are purchasing a product that has not yet been made/in stock, by doing so you are guaranteed the purchased product when it is finally manufactured/supplied. You will be charged at the time of pre order however the product will shipped later.
Why should I pre order?
By pre ordering you ensure that you get the product that you want, no if ands or buts, you also help me figure out just how much demand there is for the product and I don't end up with too little stock!
When will I get my pre ordered product?
Most products will be in stock within 30 days, you will be advised of any delays via email. Note these dates do NOT include shipping time to your location.

The Shopify checkout process uses PayPal or Stripe, both highly trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com and Stripe.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to the services secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
All charges will show up as from my personal name or BGShop depending on the the payment method.
